Watched American Horror Story: Coven, eh?

Have you studied Hoodoo/Voodoo?

White-lighters are far too nosy.

That's why I'm a colorful grey.-

I know it's been, what, ten months since you posted this? And chances are good you're long gone and forgotten about this place. But what is it they say nowadays? Whatevs?

Me, I love Papa Legba. Baron Samedi too. And the most important thing about loas is RESPECT. You want The Papa to give you his time and energy, that's OK, but you gotta be good to him. That's the biggest thing with the loas -- you be good. They know if you ain't.

Buckle up, buttercup. It's gonna be a bumpy ride.

I love the kind from Africa.
To me,I think that when you take it out of it's natural environment it just becomes a Catholic hodgepodge, losing
much of what it was.

Default Question about Papa Legba

Hi. I've started to serve Papa Legba but one my known-for-vodou-woman recommended me not to give fruits and etc to Legba while my mediumism didn't leveled up to communicate well with spirits. She recommended me to give to Legba glass of water and to make ancestors altar (will do it). But I have some more questions:
1. I have to refresh water oftenly. So does it mean that while refreshing water I need to sing chant and light up candle or thats not neccessary and I may refresh water without ceremony?
2. Should it be boiled water?
3. May I server Papa Legba not just at mondays? Which days I mustnt (sunday)?
