Last night I went to see Mountain Goat, bERT, and a few other local doom and sludge bands. bERT has this song, my favorite song, called "Winds of Neptune" Centered in a slowly moshing group of drunken people amidst the deep, resonating droning and eclectic riffs louder than a hurricane, I felt Neptunes power in the room and drank it in, the air began to move like water, the crowd drunkenly swaying to the Neptunian sonic tide pouring from the Sunn amp wall. I was the sea, the surreal organisms contained and created therein and the flowing currents of the world.
I am an Honorary Shellback, having crossed the Equator twice, signed my soul to Davey Jones, and swore my allegiance to the god of the sea, Poseidon, Neptune.

This is a god I feel quite in tune with and really need to work with and honor Neptune more often. Drunkenness, Dreams, and the deep blue sea. Would anybody else like to share their knowledge and experiences on Poseidon/Neptune?
