Hello, what is the significance of the number 84 to you and why did I just spend an hour typing a message for a password hiccup?

Wikipedia has some nice stuff that's non-coincidental about poorly raised children, impure fish and impure rituals. Namely, I'm guessing somewhere down in all that stuff you'll find some polite and gentle touches to that same oil I was annointed with.

Everyone haz sex! peace

Nion ~ I hate it when that happens This site logs me out at very regular intervals, so when I'm typing long posts I type them into a word pad or similar. Just a thought.

The number 84 doesn't hold any special significance for me, I have to say. It's twice 42, which is, of course the Answer to The Great Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything . . . but aside from that I'll have to consult the Sepher Sephiroth . . .

Something about Hebrew guttural letters
A wing (army), squadron, a chosen troop
Was silent
A dream
Enoch
Knew
Amethyst

I keep getting messages about silence. Not talking, not discussing things. But sometimes I need to ask, you know? One of these days I will have to bite the bullet and take a vow of silence. That's not going to be an easy thing to do, though, what with work and all.

I'm not sure. About on par with. The late William Gray described Grant's works as "bathing in Qliphotic slime." Of course, he also called Chaos Magick something like "AIDS magick." That Will, what a guy.

A word on Michael Ford: yes, his stuff works. But only because he's ripped most of it out of the Azoetia (including Chumbley's art) or one of Grant's half-mad monstrosities. (Note: I'm not really saying that's a bad thing.)

Generally speaking, Black Mirror techniques have lended infinite results for myself and at least one other. A nice stick of soap, along with a candle. Ward and clear space as you like, but make sure you cleared it. You're going to be pulling up something that might be toxic to you, for the most part, so you want to make sure you at least get the right nasty. I'm told a traditional exorcism being on hand is a good idea, and most of the Solomonic curses and binding should work.

At present using the name as a mantra will bring you into it's sphere of influence, but I'd treat that link as transitory at best. If you really want to play, you might want to synchronize yourself better to it however you see fit. Generally speaking, I've found the mantras work until they stop working. It could be the entity in question breaking off the link, or that I've done it unconsciously. I've never been entirely sure.

I'd be careful. Most of those are very gender specific and generally don't work without a partner. That's not to say that it can't work, but the sythesis won't be the same and the symbol-set will be altered and 'corrupted.'

This is not to say that a basic invocation, on the other hand, can't be used in that place.

Generally speaking, a Black Mass can be solar in nature if you involve Lucifer...

'Tis alright, I'm not going to be doing any Wiccan/witchcraft based stuff. Really, all I wanted was to know a bit more about the figure in general, because I felt it challenging me or holding me back. I'm not going to go all vigilante on its ass (yet) and I don't want to call it or anything - just want it to leave me alone

William Gray expresses himself well, from your quotes I rather enjoyed the visual of the slime . . .

Here's a book by Thomas Karlsson, a member of Dragon Rouge. It contains an overview of the Qabalah, an extensive discussion of models for the nature of evil, and describes each of the 10 Qlipoth. It includes a preliminary pathworking, but most of their information about the paths is limited to members of the order. The book also contains a solid foundation with the Goetia.

Qabalah Qliphoth and Goetic Magic: http://english.grimoar.cz/?Loc=book&...k=nam&UID=1701

See page 61 for a few pages' description of Gamaliel.

Here is a list of Demons in the Goetia:

I doubt very much that he's in there.

Wink Speech Slur Mayhaps?

Ya' know .. I'm tempted to think that at some point a precious, over-whelming-nymph wanted someone to Gem'a'lil. I can only buy demon-girl so many pairs of vibrating diamond panties. I've invested in a blimp and play-ground neutrino weaponry as a result. Those rival fourth graders are out of hand. Remember, socks = proteinalization.
Hence .. I've been made SO X. :-( But, at LEAST a fourth grader bought me socks!! Now that's a good American. MMMM .. :: hug of gratitude ::
